Anyway, just one link this week, as things have been a little too busy to allow for the usual amount of aimless clicking that goes into link-harvesting. This article from the New York Times Magazine about the New Urbanist plans for Biloxi, and why they went awry, is quite interesting: Battle for Biloxi: The New Urbanists thought they had just the plan for remaking the Mississippi Gulf Coast city after Hurricane Katrina.
